Come one, come all!

After thousands of man (and woman) hours, weeks spent mining the scarcest and most precious of minerals, consultations with heads of state from 10 of the most powerful nations in the world, and a little help from our good friends at Blue Box Group, we have finally reached the moment you've all been waiting for!

This magical ointment, applied 3 to 50 times daily, will cure everything from diabetes to a case of the Mondays. It includes ingredients from the Far East, imported in the dark of night and washed 3 times. More cannot be said without giving away the secret to our overwhelming, astounding success.

With this beta code (only 5 were given away!) you have been given the keys to a tool which will provide you with unheard of control over your twitter account. So sit back, then lean forward and move your mouse appropriately, and enjoy the ride.

To gain access to this once-in-a-lifetime experience:
  • Go to http://tweetsum.com
  • Enter your twitter username and password in the appropriate fields (don't worry, we don't keep this info -- twitter merely tells us you are who you say and we believe twitter).
  • Go to town with your new found power!
This should only work for maybe 2 or 3 people. Unless, of course, we screwed up and accidentally launched without anyone telling me. But that wouldn't happen.

Startup Weekend Coverage from Seattle's Q13 Fox

Ah, the birth of TweetSum and many others, our dear Seattle Startup Weekend:

There's no place like 127.0.0.1

Special thanks to Google and Canal Street Coffee for being TweetSum's home away from home this weekend.

So...

How does this work?

First!

We're hard at work creating a service that we think all Twitter users (including ourselves) will find useful - and we're hoping to launch it in one weekend! Watch this blog for more info, but in the meantime, here's a short description of our project:
TweetSum helps you more efficiently decide whether you should follow someone back once they've followed you on Twitter. Rather than respond to endless and often spammy follow notifications one by one, having to investigate the merits of reciprocating each and every follow, you can quickly sign into TweetSum and gleen information at a glance on the quality of a potential contact as well as rapidly respond to multiple follow notifications at once. TweetSum allows the Twitter novice or power user to make the most of shaping their Twitter community.
